As
a result of the inconvenience that late comers have
caused those who arrive on time, we have been forced
to state our policy in regards to late comers and "No
Shows" |

"Clients
who are late for appointments will have their treatment
times reduced to finish at the appointed time and will
pay the full price for the treatment." |

Clients
who do not arrive for appointments and who cancel appointments
within one hour of their treatment times (unless there
is an emergency) will be required to provide a credit
card number before future appointments will be taken. |

Subsequent
failure to show will result in a charge of 100% of the
treatment fee against the credit card. Cancellations within
one hour of the scheduled time will attract a 30% fee
against the credit card. |

| We
apologise for such measures, but unfortunately a lack
of Spa Etiquette by some of our clients has resulted in
complaints which need to be addressed for the benefit
of those who do show consideration for others. |
