As a result of the inconvenience that late comers have caused those who arrive on time, we have been forced to state our policy in regards to late comers and "No Shows"

 
a.
"Clients who are late for appointments will have their treatment times reduced to finish at the appointed time and will pay the full price for the treatment."
 
b.
Clients who do not arrive for appointments and who cancel appointments within one hour of their treatment times (unless there is an emergency) will be required to provide a credit card number before future appointments will be taken.
 
  Subsequent failure to show will result in a charge of 100% of the treatment fee against the credit card. Cancellations within one hour of the scheduled time will attract a 30% fee against the credit card.
   
We apologise for such measures, but unfortunately a lack of Spa Etiquette by some of our clients has resulted in complaints which need to be addressed for the benefit of those who do show consideration for others.
